George MacDonough holds a US Coast Guard License Chief Mate Unlimited and has been teaching here at Houston Marine Training since the start of 2009. He is Coast Guard approved for AB, 100/200 Ton, Apprentice Mate and Radar.

Raymond Rivera
Upper-Level License Instructor

Raymond Rivera holds a license as Master 1600 Ton Oceans and Second Mate Unlimited. Raymond's been teaching here at Houston Marine Training since 2001. His expertise is in Celestial and Terrestrial Navigation.
